Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your Louan order. If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns in line with the policy below.

Returns Policy

We offer a 28 day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Return

To initiate a return please email us at info@louan.co.uk with your order number.
You will then receive instructions on how to return your item.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure that your return reaches us
safely.

Returns Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your Return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges subject to availability.
If you would like to request an exchange please contact us and we will do our best
to assist.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund including any return shipping costs where
applicable.
